It was a joy to be part of ‘The Passion’ Revival 2024 and I’m sure there’s plenty more to come from Adrian Snell. Now all I need to do is brush up on my Dutch and I’ll be flying too.

In 2005 a band stepped out at the Welfare Hall in Ystradgynlais to an audience of 45. On Sunday they will walk onstage at the Wales Millennium Centre to a sold out, 1800, capacity audience. So how did it happen?

This week has given me lots of time for reflection, and how much it has changed over the years. A mixture of memories including rock star limousines, touring the country in a transit van and reality of my life now attending Easter bonnet parades.

This week I met a Cyber Hacker who had once hacked into a Nuclear Weapons facility. These days he advises on how to protect ourselves online and he definitely made me think.

Kathryn is one of my heroes. Nothing and I mean nothing will stand in her way. It has made me realise that so much that holds me back isn’t physical, its mental.

We might think we are big enough, and strong enough to go it alone but you will soon find when the going gets tough you need people there to support you.

This week, as I was taking my daily constitutional around Mumbles I saw the most amazing sight. It actually made me stop and rub my eyes to see if I was imagining things.

This week I’ve been sharing some private diary entries from 1979 with a group of men in their 60’s,. I had been searching for the diary for a different reason but when I found the information I did, I just had to share it with them.
